Solution and Implementation 
We got a Detailed document of all the critical dimensions. And on some dimensions the accuracy level required was upto 20 Microns . After Studying the compete input from client, we demanded the assembly and sub assembly components as well. 
The Bigger challenge was to maintain the dimension with in the tolerance of 20 microns as even if we make the accurate mould then also maintaining these dimension in the moulding process it self can create a problem for customer once the mould will be in the production. 


Result and Visuals
We had a detailed dialogue with the customer and discuss the issue and given our acceptance only to those dimensions which can be maintain during the moulding process which has to be taken care by the customer. We also suggested to make some changes in the assembly so that instead of relying the non feasible dimensional accuracy we should review the total assembly. 
After improvement we submitted the new CAD data with added draft angle for relaese the part from mould and then conducted the DFM analysis, Moldflow Analysis and then a detailed tool design. 
In the first Trial we given them 92% dimensionally accurate samples. 


Conclusion
Customer got excellant results and offered us a second high production mould as well.
