Introduction
The Injection Moulds Development of Oxygen Concentrator project has been awrded to us by Taurus healrhcare Pvt Ltd. - an ISO 13485 certified company dedicated to provide high quality and cost-effective solutions to the world health care industry. They approached us to develope an Oxygen concentrator.

Solution and Implementation 
We asked them to gather the compressor and all other parts of the product which are not in the list of development. So that we can understand the part pacement and fitment dimensions to be incorporated. 
We offeredthem 3-4 stylish product designs by innitiating the market reasearch and sketch work. On their selection we did the complete engineering design of the assembly and then created 1-2 prototypes. After design refinement we concluded the final design for tooling and started the Mould manufacturing. Offcourse there were pre tooling tasks involved like DFM, Moldflow and detailed tool designs of all the 5 injection moulds. 

Result and Visuals
After tooling we started the sampling for part and assembly validation. In the second trial we have validated all the moulds with perfect assembly fitting loike a Home appliance. 

Conclusion
Customer launched the product and got a really good responce. gained a strong confidence on us and came back with lot more projects
