Introduction
We have developed Moulds for Full face helmet and visor for Volga Helmets & Innovations Private Limited, one of the leading Helmets Manufacturing Company in India and one among the very few organized sectors in this trade. The chellange was to provide Helmet visor Optically true so the the bike rider should not face any chellange in vision. And the Helmet should have a futuristic design.

Solution and Implementation 
We did the product design and styling. And offered lucrative designs to our customer along with the visor. Offered him a fully functional prototype. After design refinement we concluded the final design for tooling and started the Mould manufacturing. Offcourse there were pre tooling tasks involved like DFM, Moldflow and detailed tool designs of all the 4 injection moulds.

Result and Visuals
After tooling we started the sampling for part and assembly validation. In the second trial we have validated all the moulds with perfect assembly fitting. 

Conclusion
Customer launched the product and got a really good responce and sent us one more modular helmet project.
