Introduction 
Galaxy Industries, Mr. Hiren was looking for a good tool manufacturing company since, last 2 years. They contaxcted for for a Big Toy Car mould for kids riding. The chellange was to introduce a new product design and then make the moulds.

Solution and Implementation 
We did the product design and styling. And offered lucrative designs to our customer along with the visor. Offered him a fully functional prototype. After design refinement we concluded the final design for tooling and started the Mould manufacturing. Offcourse there were pre tooling tasks involved like DFM, Moldflow and detailed tool designs of all the 7 injection moulds.

Result and Visuals
We supplied him the moulds and supported him to install the moulds in Gujrat at third party and make the production smooth 

Conclusion
Based on the first project learnings, He again started 2 new projects for Baby Toy Cycle and Scooter with us.
