Introduction
A major OEM of Air Filter UFI (an Italian Company) India plant has contacted us and asked us to review their project for a Die Casting component. This part was for Mahinra & Mahindra a Famous Car manufacturing company in India. The Chellange was that Mahindra R&D team has designed a new Engine for which they had released the Alumminium PDC commponent design with us. At first they wanted to create a batch production of 200 sets to try on the vehical and if everything goes okay then they wanted to make the production tool. 
For our direct customer UFI who is Tier 1 supllier to Mahindra, they had to pay the cost of 2 moulds. 
Second chelange was to maintain 269 critical dimensions.

Solution and Implementation 
We taken the challenge with the promise that if they like our idea than and if we will resolve his problem than he will give us the mould order. We completley changes the concept of assembly and made it more durable in terms of handling. Clisnt was happy and we made the prototype samples and offered to the client Client liked the design and given us the mould order. There after we did the DFM, Moldflow and Tool design and given him rthe ready samples with in 50 days. 

Result and Visuals
The result wasgood and customer was prepared to launch his product in international market. He requested us to product 1000 sets along with the mould which we have offered him
