Introduction
KIML (Kyungshin Industrial Motherson Limited) Chennai plant has ordered the Injection Moulds Development for Cable Protector Components for KIA Motors 

Injection Mould for Automotive Engineering Components- OEMSolution and Implementation 
Client Has got the CAD Models from OEM which were approved by the OEM because of his Vhicle in KIA Motors. But the issue was that the CAD drawings were not been taken care for the Manufacturing feasiability for the Moulds. And the second chellanges was our direct Client was not ready to take the responsibility of improving or correcting the CAD file by adding the Dradft angle and other corrections. So we had to check the entire fitment of each component and thier fitment to decide which dimension is important so that we can consider that dimension as a master and provide the draft angles to release the component from the mould cavities 

Result and Visuals
We did the complete DFM again, then Moldflow Analysis and taken the risk of tooling. In the second trial the samples found absolutely correct and client was happy. 

Conclusion
We learned a lesson and since then we made a rule that before starting any project we make sure the Feasibility of CAD draings, List of Inspection Check points and list of fitment parts. It helps us to reduce the mould time line and to product the samples first time right.
