Introduction 
A customer recomended by SHIBAURA MACHINE Injection moulding machine manufactureers, approached us for a critical mould development of 2 colour Oil bottle cap. The chellange was 2 coulours along with automatic unscewing. Based on our injection moulsd customers was supposed to finalise the purchase of moulding machine from SHIBAURA MACHINE.

Solution and Implementation 
We have not only helped him for mould manufacturing, rather helped him for Machine purchase in terms of technical alignment with the moulds. We did the DFM, Moldflow and Detailed tool design and supported customer with calculation of final machine tonnage and other specifications. There after we started the tooling activities.  

Result and Visuals
It took 45 days and 2 mould trials to finalise the mould as per the qualty requirement. and we ship the mould to customer meanwhile he has installed the machines.
