Introduction
Company name Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (A part of Lumax D. K. Jain Group) approached us for Injection Mould manufacturing of Baleno Car (Maruti Suzuki INDIA) for their after market industry.

Solution and Implementation 
There were total 4 parts in the Head Lamp. Each Left and Right. We got the OEM samples but the OEM refused to Share the CAD Data. We Scanned the Samples and then the chellange was to ensure the Head Lamp Focus parabola for ligh projection in high beam and low beam. We also conducted the focus analysis and rearranged the prism in the reflector component. Rearranged the design in the CAD model and then send it for Tooling. 
There after we Prepared the DFM report, Moldflow Reports and corrected the CAD data. And then did the Complete tool design before the steel cust. 

Result and Visuals
On the second trial we submitted the Finish samples to the customer along with the Chrome plating on the Reflector component so that customer can also check the focus analysis in his lap. Not only this We also tested the assembled samples in a professional lab for Focus analysis and submitted the report along with the samples. 

Conclusion
Samples got selected and we shifted the moulds from our Chinese tooling partner to Pant Nagar and given a satisfactory sign off of the project.
